Stillhouse Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center is Hiring a MDS Coordinator Near Paris, TX
We are seeking an MDS Coordinator to help us better understand how we can benefit from our membership in the long-term care industry. The perfect candidate will be passionate about helping older adults live happy and healthy lives and will strive to reach a higher level of service and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate for this position is motivated, hardworking and dedicated to helping older adults remain independent and enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the MDS Coordinator in data collection and analysis for use in long term care and nursing home care planning.
- Assist the MDS Coordinator with the implementation of changes to nursing home care plans.
- Assist the MDS Coordinator in coordinating all data inputs from other departmental employees to be used as part of long-term care and nursing home care planning.
- Assist the MDS Coordinator in organizing weekly team meetings.
- Coordinate the annual certification of Medicaid eligibility with local and state authorities.
- Position does take paid on call shifts once a month.
